As a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, ARC backs your roof with both factory materials coverage and our own labor warranty.
Owens Corning Preferred — Materials Warranty
Every roof we install is backed by Owens Corning’s manufacturer warranty on materials. Because we’re a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, a full Owens Corning Roof System qualifies for enhanced factory coverage you can’t get from a non-preferred installer.
ARC Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship, not just the materials. Full Owens Corning Roof Systems installed by ARC come with a 5-year or 10-year labor warranty — so your installation is covered start to finish.
Siding Warranties Norandex
We install Norandex siding, backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
ARC recommends and installs Norandex siding with its manufacturer’s limited warranty for lasting protection and color. We’ll help you choose the right Norandex product and coverage for your home — just ask and we’ll walk you through the specifics.
Seamless Gutter Warranties
Durable, seamless gutter systems built to protect your home.
Our seamless gutters are covered by the manufacturer’s material and finish warranty, plus ARC’s workmanship on the installation. We’ll go over the recommended coverage for your specific gutter system so you know exactly what’s protected.
Please note: All warranties exclude coverage for incidental or consequential damages, and failure to pay in full for services may void the warranty. Complete written warranty terms are provided with your project.
